Walmart has better prices and significantly better quality than anything I’ve gotten at Target. Yesterday I was wearing the TT high rise button fly wide leg jeans and received numerous compliments from strangers.

Wal-Mart has really stepped up its game. I recently bought a blouse from the Scoop line, and I was floored by the quality. As for Target, it hasn't been the same since they dropped their Mossimo and Merona lines. The quality of their current brands is cheap and way too trendy.
