If this was really a switch version. Then the reason why Lucifer was back in hugging mammon is probably because another universe of him ( The one who lost mammon ) missed him so much... And the dreaming thing, if I remember correctly Belphie had the exact problem. Playing hide in seek with 'lilith' even after her death. Ig the brothers are more similar than they seem

The parallel universe is so colourless and dark.. So, as i know.. the brothers were even more closer before the fall. So, in here it's different? Damn i can't imagine it getting even worse! It's probably because the celestial realm was more harsh than the Devildom and Michael was probably trying to fix it but couldn't.. And Mammon really is the sunshine, isn't he? With him gone, the brothers probably wouldn't have such a strong bond!
