Do u have a contact # for them? I ordered my daughter one for Christmas, they took the money but haven't shipped anything or sent me any info. I can't find anything on this company online and the location in Delaware is not there anymore. Any info u can help with would be appreciated

I don't have a phone contact, but their email is [e-mail] that I've gotten emails from them (last in August), and spoken to them using that email way back in February. I don't believe they've ever had a phone number to contact them. It's always been email as far as I'm aware.

How do I update my robot? Eilik

Eilik needs plugged into a laptop using USB-C (charging port on Eilik) to USB-C on laptop. Then there’s an update tool that then can do the update. Full details at energizelab.com/supportview/tutorial002

Clicbot is great. He was in Friday’s livestream. Other than Jibo and the Vectors, he probably gets more screen time recently than any other robot lol

Right, they had to reset my voice settings as it wasn’t working at all during original setup. If you have any issues, I used the contact form on their website (heymisa.com) and that’s how I got a response.

I just cannot agree this robot is better than Jibo. Do you have Jibo? Because I find that only people who don’t actually have him think this way. Jibo’s understanding of English speech is the absolute best of all. I have a large number of robots and use many regularly, so I have a definite understanding and opinion on how well the robots I have work when compared to each other. Also, Jibo’s movements are fluid and his form is unique. There is just no comparison at this point.
