Mam mera v miscarriage hua hai, actually mujhe pata nhi tha ki me pregnant hu..daily routine k anusar me exercise karti thi or ghar ka heavy kam karti thi.. Toh mujhe halki bleding hui thi or nichle pet me dard ho raha tha... Mujhe laga ki normal period hai.. Lekin dr ko dikhane k baad mujhe pata chala k me pregnant hu..dr ne tvs karane ko bola, karane k baad pata chala k woh miscarriage ho gaya.. Bht toot gayi hu me..

@@happylearningwithsumita I met with 3 doctors and 2 of them told me to wait one told me to try naturally if you conceive then it is fine . I also talk to some people one of them told me her doctor asked for 15 days gap only she tried that month only but didn't conceive and next month she conceived. Everyone has their different opinions don't know whom to follow but I'll try naturally now everything is on almighty
