I hate the fake motif. This isn't a grand orchestral "masterpiece." This is standard, albeit decent, pop.

I understand what you mean. As you said, this album may not be a "Masterpiece" in the sense of orchestration. In fact, there was some explanations by MISAMO as to why the title of this album was "Masterpiece." Three themselves are fascinating, beautiful works of art hanging in the museum, and anyone can see them, and find them at any time. But they can't touch MISAMO themselves. In other words, it's also the lyrics of the song "Do Not Touch" and it's the keynote of the whole album. The album also has distinctly different feelings and vibes from the musical career TWICE has shown so far. Songs that feel like Lo-fi, quite jazzy taste, and some musical features. Even blues! For listeners who listen to tons of songs, this may feel like a plain(or facile) album like they've been listening to all their lives, but I believe this album could be a very different experience for fans of TWICE. Also to K-pop fans. But I also understand the meaning of your opinion and agree that it also has the correct persuasion.
