You are totally right! These guys (Phace, Misanthrop & Noisia) are like gazillion light years ahead when it comes to forward thinking sound design in DnB. Their style just stand out from everything else I' ve heard, especially early and mid 2000 stuff it's like a daily dose of drug for me...
