Oh shit i just remembered, in the og misao you collect body parts of misaos corpse instead of items related to her, that's a nice change they did for the remake.

If you remember Mad Father's ending, Ogre is seen offering the seemingly dead father a chance to continue his experiments. In the best ending of Misao you see the zombie father admiring a bunch of glass capsules containing clones of Aya, including an older version. I guess he gave one of them to Onigawara. If you want another game with crazy dads I recommend Lily's Well. It's newer and not by the same dev but has the same kind of "game over collection" thing going on.
