The only interesting one is Jiwon - the yellow sweatered girl. All her answers at least made some sense and she can speak japanese fluently. She seems to be the one who did her research the most and she's well spoken. I didn't like their leader at all - the maroon dressed girl. She kept interrupting her own members, even Jihyo. She's like a solo player she keeps emphasizing it was her ideas and she had even more ideas but the team don't agree with it etc. That's not how you do things. You don't talk about disagreeing opinions on a team, especially if you're the leader, and especially if you are being evaluated. I also hated how she speaks to Jihyo like she's a child. Using silly analogies regarding Jihyo's concerns. I don't want someone like her working for Twice's management team. The other 2 members were forgettable. I barely noticed them during their presentation and I think all the guy did was just hand over the presents to Twice that's it.

You can see that this team was so dominated by the oldest woman that there is so little room for teamwork ideas other than her own. It might be because she's alot more older hence she's the leader. But a good leader should be someone who leads the team and thinks about the team and not her own disposition in the group. The oldest woman made sure Twice knows it was her idea or something. She kept butting in when her teammate presents while they were talking and even when Jihyo talked. This team wont function well as it looks like the younger members will never speak for themselves to the woman. But I hope the yellow girl will get in. She seems to get a grasp on what Twice wants.

Overall i think the presentation just keep on talking about how to increase the bond between twice and ONCE (which is a good thing don’t get me wrong) but they never once (in broadcast) talk about how to improve Twice as a group themselves and what to do in order to make sure that Twice will be remembered even after a long time

Tbh improving their demographic would Improve twice alone. Going to other countries, to do shows, fan-sings, special guest appearance, like bts went on the graham norton show a big British tv show here to Promote their album/tour. Collaborating with other artist around the world last year seemed to year of reggaton collaborating with U.S artists maybe it’s time for k-pop groups to do the same. ( I feel Like I should’ve be an intern there )😂😂

All the members of TWICE have trained extremely hard and Jihyo has trained for 10 years. They have debuted and worked extremely hard to be called the topmost kpop girl group. I love how they show their professionalism here. They don't take their popularity for granted and don't joke around with work . They asked the necessary questions and did what was to be done . This is why I love TWICE.

Jihyo and Mina gave off insane CEO vibes with their questions!! Out of the entire team, only the girl who answered Mina’s question made the most sense. The lady interrupted the interviewer to try and defend her idea, the guy was useless; didn’t say a word and late on delivering, the other lady kept spewing none sense disregarding jihyo’s question 🙃😂 it was a mess.

It did look or turn out rude but it may not be intentional, they call it as consultation but since they are presenting in front of a group it would feel like a panel interview. They are the one presenting and the one that are being evaluated, if you are on a panel interview with several people you cant help thinking of that, you are bound to make a mistake and interupting is one of those mistake, sometimes you get blank. This only shows that they or she probably did not have much preparation on what are the possible questions that may be asked from them so it turns out like a defensive answer. If you are prepared with that question then she would be confident to let the question finish. But again the situation on being on a panel interview specially up on a stage is not quite easy.

Mina asked them in Japanese She is so smart, I think she already knows that one of them speaks Japanese and helped to let it out. They don't even stand a chance against the groups here in the west because there's nothing unique in bp's concept. I agree twice needs to have a bit more mature concept but they are much better off than bp. Their concepts are different than the west and they are bright and refreshing. JH really showed her leadership here raising the group's concern about their future image and plans going forward. Unfortunately she didn't get any satisfactory answers. I'm sure she had some discussions with JYP in those scheduled meetings with the leaders. She's grown up so well. I was puzzled by Mina's sudden question in Japanese at first. But since TWICE have 3 Japanese members and have been producing singles/albums/MVs in Japanese it makes sense to have someone who works for you who could converse in that language to be up to date with the group's marketability in Japan and their fandom over there. I'm sure the other members didn't get it the first time as well. Quiet but smart.

after watching this.. now i realize being a leader in a real girlgroup is far more than what it shows in reality or survival shows. jihyo is obviously a smart girl. but i didnt know she can be like this. i mean.. she needs to think about this kinda thing too right? the concept, what the members are worried, what image should they do, and how her members should act on it. she has to understand how things works as well. what the fans like, how they will react, how the connection will be. its all in her job description. sure maybe she dont have to do all the thinking, but surely with change of concept and image, they have to adjust how they act as well, and thats her job. from this.. i think i get it, they also have the rights to at the very least, say their opinion.

I'm glad Jihyo brought up how TWICE do share, talk and discuss among themselves about questions regarding their identity, feelings and thoughts about their future. From what I perceived, Jihyo was not only concerned about their group's career, but also their vitality as creative content creators. In my opinion, it's definitely okay to repeat the same act, *as long as something fresh is always being added* or maybe the act itself had a segment that seems so otherworldly. Let's talk about magicians for a bit. Why don't we actually get too bored with seeing magicians play with poker cards over and over? Because there's always entirely new ways of playing around being discovered, new ways that simply came from reinvention, and someone repeating *and outdoing* a good old classic. However, based on Jihyo's intentions behind that question, here's what I think the Artsy Housewife Intern missed. It's clear these young individuals who went through bittersweet situations to become TWICE today, have noticed that the current image of TWICE, is only a fraction of who they actually are as people and what they can actually do as artists. You've seen compilations of your favorite moments from each of these girls, their worldwide interviews and variety shows that allowed them to speak for themselves, and their SNS captions, posts and other online interactions with the fans. If you've seen any of what has just been stated, it's evident TWICE *is ready* to try out concepts that could potentially be drastically different to the bright and cutesy image right now. I personally think with utmost certainty, that TWICE would SLAY ballads with rap portions, Smooth and Funky Jazz and even a fusion of Trot with Hip Hop. But what comes as most important, is that TWICE should try out concepts that they collectively agreed on, that would be good experiences for the group (and as individuals). Because in the end, these girls that work non-stop, are human beings just like the rest of us. They have their own respective ideas and emotions. Compared to the SIXTEEN versions of TWICE, there has been an undeniable abundance of growth from this group. And when compared to the unforeseen future versions of TWICE, there's still so much to live for, learn from and experience. In addition to the concepts stated earlier, and the importance of trying new concepts they all agreed together, I think it would be best if TWICE modifies their 2019 image in ways that still brings nostalgia about the lovable and cheery TWICE, but also in other ways that can accurately reflect the the independent, aspiring, passionate and curious individuals whom have already begun maturing. Whatever these girls do, I sincerely hope they execute their plans well. #PetitionForActuallySexyTWICEandNotAnotherDTNA

I think Twice should be allowed to change up their image, they so clearly want to. They are maturing and thus want to express that. So many people get frustrated when artists want to move away from the bright, happy, cute image but think about the girls. They're getting older, maybe they're tired of this image. Look at their friends outside of the group, they hang out with these girls whose image isn't tied down by being cute and pure all the time. Even Dahyun who I think was the biggest concern over doing a sexier or mature concept has broken out of her shell quite a lot this year. Chaeng has been trying to edge up her style for years, it's obvious that Momo thrives when the choreography edges up, even Sana with her cute and bubbly personality is becoming less of a cute meme queen. They had a fantastic 2018, now is the perfect time to switch it up while you have everyone's attention

I find it shocking that these people have such trouble answering when SNSD has already made this transition from cute/innocent to mature/cute-ish sexy. Obviously I don't think Twice should change their image so drastically that they lose the charm that initially drew fans to them, but the gradual transition of SNSD is one that they should model. There also seems to be a lot of girl-crush/badass concepts debuting so staying within their cute/mature image would be wise.

Keru - Kun this response felt lowkey shady towards blackpink which there’s literally no need for that. (Also Lisa’s Swalla dance was lit so...) Look I understand ppl like what they like if you loved them for their cute concept then growth may not be for you. And there’s plenty of new young groups with a cute concept to enjoy. But also I don’t think anyone is out here asking for twice to start pole dancing their next comeback but it’s more about what the girls who are now women want. Jihyo + girls probably having been asking about a change in concept cause they would like to grow and try something new. I would hope once’s would encourage them to find THEIR voice and not hold them back because of what they want instead.

Nazmi Mahat I think he stepped down in 2009? (Don’t know if the date is correct) anyways ceo or not, twice has their own management. They have a company within a company and is assigned to twice alone. So outside of that management, no one has direct control.

Real ONCEs who know TWICE inside outside won't leave TWICE bc they love TWICE more than their music. What made TWICE worried is casual fans and public, and it's understandable. If I'm that intern, I won't change their image, but gradually change their music. Just like Apink, they're popular with innocent image, and now they're trying sumn new. Or do you realize IU nearly never tries sexy image to stay relevant, and public still love her. Because once TWICE try sexy image, they can't go back. Long way to go. Don't want TWICE to grow too fast, and disband fast.
