Sending you lots of hugs Mercy.This was quite insightful especially to all first time mothers.Its so unfortunate you had some nasty encounters during your pregnancy and I'm glad you're healing day in day out.Just a few highlights.1.Yes family planning fails at times and gets you off guard so noone has a right to judge any fellow woman.2.Just incase of any abnormal changes during your pregnancy such a reduced fetal movements,bleeding,drainage of liquor seek immediate medical care and avoid queing just like any other patients because even a second can save your baby.If in a place with lots of people you can just shout for help/call someone aside and explain your concerns and you'll get immediate attention if need be.3.Always brief your gynaecologist or anyone attending to you about your previous pregnancy/pregnancies, miscarriages,it can pave way for your current management to ensure a safe delivery.4.Yes,some mother's encounter breastfeeding issues and you should never hate your self for that.Glad you know your pattern hence will prepare you in the near future and should you happen to deliver in a different facility,notify your health providers early enough to ensure prompt feeding of your newborn should milk production fail.4.First and subsequent deliveries differs but each is different to each individual.NB.During labour,any drainage of liquor that's yellow/ greenish should be treated promptly as it's an obstetric emergency.Ideal liquor in labour should be clear or with traces of blood.Any drainage of liquor before term should also be treated promptly.Be blessed & shalom🙏🙏.

I know this pain..in Jan 2020 i walked to hospital.. pregnant @38wks ready for my 2nd born, few hrs later the worst happened😭, i lost my girl before i even held her in my arms....my life was at risk.. went for Cs the following day knowing very well my baby had no heartbeat The pain of staying in the wards without a baby, while other mums have theirs😪 The pain of walking out of the hospital empty handed The pain of nursing a Cs wound without a baby The Leaking boobs...i had alot of milk🤦🏼‍♀️nilikua naikumulia kwa sink 2yrs down the line, i still imagine how my house will be if she was here, milestones 😪...its painfull but am still gratefull to God for saving my life, that i can continue raising my first born. He is a faithfull God, and i have faith at his own time..he will restore🙏

I'm encouraged by this. Being a first time mum was so hard. I also didn't have breastmilk. The nurses were hard on me too doing everything including pulling my nipples using a syringe. It was a painful experience. My baby was being given formula from day one and that's what we have been on 4.5 months now. Family and friends were all against formula saying that I'm feeding chemicals to the baby. I was eating njahi and everything else kazi ni kunona tu yet nothing was coming out 😔 😢 😭

hugs mama thanks for this video its not easy to come out and speak. I have lost 4 pregnancies and a small bby. i have no child who is alive but i keep on pushing. i cry anyday anytime but what i said with or without a child i will prais my God. let Gods will be done. people will always talk sometimes even family but still God is God. at his time we will hold our babies. some humans are beasta agents of the devil let them be, God will judge. Would advice if u r pregnant seek medical attention from a good hospital. Currently pregnant, pray for me. kindly avoid consulting google or youtube or anyone who is not a medic, pregnancies are different so are our bodies. just get sth but dnt trust much it has costed me big time. be blessed ❤

@@ntombifikilemawela9601 Halo girl, sorry for your Loss too. I concieved 6 months later. Immediately after delivery of my lost baby. I was started on bp medication and Aspirin daily. After concieving, I was put on different bp drugs and my Aspirin dose increased,pregnancy went well and was induced at 37 weeks,though ended up in CS. My baby just turned two. ❤️ I thank God

I also lost my baby in 2016 at 23 weeks due to pprom(premature rupture of membranes) which caused the mucus plug to come out and amniotic fluid to gush out unexpectedly..I was also told due to my history I might need the cervical cerclage. I can't wait to be a mother soon.

30 minutes in and I must comment. I remembered when I gave birth to my first. Milk was flowing until after some point it just stopped. The frustration😭hizo fenugreek nikakunywa n what not. But it refused. I literally used to cry coz people used to say I'm denying my child food as if any normal mother would. Thank God for formula. My son picked so well. He grew so well. I realized as a mum do what is best for your baby. All these noises can make you feel like shit

The ka string u are talking about it's called a McDonalds stitch done when one has a cervical incompetent . I literally cried 😭😭 with you specifically the miscarriage part coz it reminds me of my experience. I lost my twins @ 15 weeks and 4 day on 25 march 2020. The reason was they didn't have hearts like they stopped growing at 7 weeks.
