APLA syndrome: when a virus or bacteria enters our body, our body produces antibodies to fight against them. But for those with autoimmune diseases, their body produces antibodies to fight against their own proteins and tissues. This is called APLA syndrome.

Hi mam .. iam 7 weeks 4 days pregnant . Today scan la gestational sac seen, sac margins appeared normal, no yolk sac, no fetal pole, cardiac activity present nu iruku.. dr 2 weeks kaluchu again scan pakkanumnu sollirukanga.. 1. Ethu normal thana mam.. yethum problem varuma?? 2. Enaku first baby normal delivery and entha problem illama tha irunthuchu.. baby weight 1.9kg 38 weeks la delivery achu.. but entha problem illa.. But dr epa 2nd babykum weight kami aaga chance irukunu solranga. Athukaga ecosprin (aspirin 150mg oral tablet) eduka solranga.. Ethunala yethum problem ah mam.. Pls reply pannunga mam..
