From Oklahoma USA, thank you so much for this video. Very informative, and I was having a very hard time understanding how to find this information. I am also a first-time goat farmer this year. I have a pregnant pygmy goat pygmy goat, and a male pygmy goat and an Alpine doe (she may be a mix of a dwarf of her breed) but I'm trying to decide if when I'm away at work and the three are left alone if the boy is being hard on my pregnant Doe. I'm fearful of the idea of him causing a miscarriage. I don't see him do it much after I got my second dough she's quite young and I got her young so she wouldn't be quite ready for baby's butt energetic enough strong enough for a playmate for my boy. They're mostly peaceful in my pregnant though seems healthy though I see some bloody discharge in very small amounts every now and then. I of course worry and wonder if I should be separating them now and just go pick him out a wether now. I wanted him to have a boy from his liter to be his wether, then separate meals and females when they are pregnant. I'm worried it's a mistake to have them together she's 3 months in. So far nothing bad but, do you think I should fight the bullet and purchase a fourth goat? Will my pregnant do be okay by herself? They would share a fence but have different yards. Thank you for any advice you can provide me. God bless you in this challenging times. 🙏💖🐐

Hi Sorry for the late response. Thank you for watching all the way from the USA! I think you should separate the pregnant female she will be fine by herself. If you keep them together they might fight and cause miscarriage. Even when she is giving birth and nursing she still needs to be on her own.

Just a quick follow-up..what happened to this goat after the treatment? Did the treatment work? Did you sell it? I'm a farmer in the Midlands but based in Northern Ireland

No food in these pens. Dry hard barren ground only. I hope they get sufficient clean water, and feed

When you experiencing miscarriage and you not sure about the cause, inject all pregnant Oxytetracycle 4 times 5 days apart then inject every 10 days until the goats kids
