All ancient sources state that Aishah was aged 6 at the time of her marriage, and aged 9 at the time of consummation. Aishah narrated this herself in Sahih Bukhari 3894.

6 years old girl is a minor, prophet Mohammed can not marry a minor. Aishat was 18 years(quran24 vs 32) when prophet married her. That is error from book called Buhari 6years old girl can not bold enough for marriage.

The idea of pegging adulthood to age 18 is a pretty recent thing. Those born before the industrial revolution which is barely a century ago had no such concept. Then, you cannot use their liberal thoughts to interpret Islamic texts. Save yourself from this ignorance in stance lest you eventually leave Islam since you're using what's unislamic as your standard of morality. There was no mistake in the hadith referenced. May Allah ﷻ grant you and I deeper firmness in Islam.
