He didn't have the Turbo boost equiped, he had Shunt boost equiped which boost his truck to the side. You can see it at: 3:41 4:05

For all those asking why he didn’t use boost or shunt hops… I don’t think Harmnone spends enough time with arena vehicles to know about them or have practice with their use. Personally, I would have rather seen the monster trucks vs Patriot limo.
