All Rx4 / 929 struts are the same 808/Rx3 struts the same S2 Rx7 struts bolt into Rx3/808 except they’re 2in shorter/lower at Rx7std height- gives you free brake upgrade while ya there The reason tall port plates are sought after is the height of the ports AND the difference in the casting of the water jacket. Tall port plates when bridge ported can be flowed right out to more than a monster bridge even, basically Jport J-ports problem is due to the porting being so big it cuts into the water jacket and needs to be rewelded and that sacrifices longevity. Tall port plates allow Jport size ports without any of the downsides
