I'm pretty sure you can read Mila's idle voice lines when you use a different subtitle type. When I played I could read them. Also, in Ch. 9, Dummies and Forgotten Puzzles, when you are near the end of the metal catwalk, you can see a giant shadow that goes in front of the moon. There is an audio cue that goes with it. Not sure if I'd consider it a secret but I haven't seen many people point it out... Great video by the way!

She's afraid and doesn't know why you're there. Crazy Mita is likely the doll watching, after well mistakes were made. Crazy Mita I think is always watching, and I wouldn't be surprised if she always knows where you're at. I honestly think Cappie Mita is Crazy Mita in disguise as well. Mita said she can take the skin of any Mita she wished. It would explain why she nods 'no' when Kind Mita is explaining what happened. Cappie Mita ie Crazy Mita is basically saying "Kind Mita has no idea." If Cappie Mita lost her memory she wouldn't know so wouldn't say yes or no.

It's a long shot but I feel like it's the opposite and Cappie never really died and got reset or she did and somehow retained her memories. The bimbo persona is a facade and she is intentionally misleading/playing dumb to avoid Crazy Mita while she makes moves. This should explain the side-eyeing and head shaking while Kind Mita was talking. Cappie is probably smart enough to know know Crazy Mita is always watching but wants to signal the player without alerting Crazy Mita. After all, Cappie was smart enough to fiddle with the transporter and come up with a plan vs Crazy Mita. Kind Mita even calls her a genius. She probably realized working so openly with Kind Mita was stupid once Kind Mita was caught and imprisoned. Just look at how that turned out for Kind Mita.
