Wow!! thank you for putting this up this video. My wife and I were there that night, the following night and the last night at The Forum. What an awesome spectacle of guitar and musical genious. I purchased the Live at Pompeii video and liked it very much, but for me the Holloywood Bowl concert(s) should have been released as well. Those shows were just amazing. Using the facade of the bowl was a stroke of genious, then the firewoks at the end, whew!!! Thanks again.

I was there that night. Crosby sang on Comfortably numb. One of the best shows of my life and IMO second only to the Pompeii show in Italy for this tour.

In the center part is the lights structure and the ones to the sides speaker/amplifier systems.

@@TheForce_Productions Yes, I got that ... I'm afraid I formulated the question not very well; I was just wondering if that stack of lights was supplied to the Hollywood Bowl (by default) or had it been installed by the Gilmour's team.

Ah nice question. Well, based on other shows I seen there, I think that all that structure is from David's production, since in other gig the lightning system look quite different indeed.
