I don't know if Miss A, AOA and BTS were that much of misleading. I mean the whole idea of I don't need a man( and some sample of the song) was into the teaser and not all the mv is dancing. Same goes for Bing Bing. The melody is in teaser and the atmosphere too. Same goes for BTS, their is some part of the mv and the song for the both so I don't know if you can say it's misleading as much as Boyfriend ( hell I was so hype when the teaser came out x)) or Nc.A or even Twice ( still they do I have a bit of zombie in the mv x))

Bing Bing was kind of misleading because fans were hyped to see them dance with umbrellas, which never appeared in the real MV's. For Miss A and BTS, the songs sounded a lot different than expected.

@@adolie I get what your saying, but technically the BST MV teaser wasn't that misleading the mv had those scenes and lyrics and that slower beat was in the song it just wasn't the exact same because it was missing some elements. Plus a teaser is just meant to tease you it doesn't necessarily have to have exactly everything as long as its not completely different such as teasing a dark concept yet the mv is cute concept.

Blood Sweat and Tears wasn’t misleading. The clips used is the teaser are part of the MV and if you listen close enough you’ll notice that the song sounds exactly the same except for the fact that they slowed it down to make it a bit more dramatic for effect. It’s the same thing with Spring Day. The clips are used and when listening to the song the only difference is that the drums are much more prominent in the teaser than they are in the actual song for the MV. I was surprised when I saw both MVs after what they teasers. Same thing goes with SNSD’s You Think. The music video had the same feel the teaser had and the only way someone could be mislead is if they thought the instrumental used in the teaser was the actual song.

for blood sweat & tears, armys were expecting a slower song. for spring day, they used a different mix of the actual song. for you think, sones were expecting it to sound like the song in teaser but it was a completely different song. in a way, they *are* all misleading.

erika no, misleading is when you look at boyfriends teaser Bts is NOTHING compared to that It’s not misleading at all Maybe you should take a look at what the person said Because the said it in a really good way And you can’t really expect much from teasers anyway, they’re not going to use the beat drop in the teaser because it gives too much away And bts’s concept was dreamy/sexy which is EXACTLY what the mv and teaser showed I’m sorry, but proffesional people don’t spoil everything Nobody does You should take a look at who’s that girl mv compared to the teaser, that’s misleading The visual wasn’t there and the beat wasn’t either Bts mv/teaser however including everything

I'm pretty sure the Dinosaur one was made like that on purpose. The video was made based on a dream that Chanhyuk (the song writer and one of the singers) had as a kid. He said the dream used to scare him, which is probably why the teaser is so dark.

Some of these aren’t misleading, it’s a teaser so of course some aren’t gonna be the exact same as the mv. But most aren’t misleading they look mostly the same as the music video.

I liked that twice teased the concept and not the song! I don't feel like Miss A and the 2 bts ones were misleading for some reason, I guess I'm used to teasers where the song is slightly modified so you get a feel of it but you're still surpried. My faves are the ones where it looks all badass and dark but is actually bubbly and bright, or the other way around!

Honestly Spring Day is not THAT misleading like AT ALL, like the final part of the song is prettymuch the same, except for the drums being a bit louder. Also the clips used are all part of the final MV

I agree that teasers don't necessarily need to show exectly what will be in the mv. But it takes a lot of effort and genius to make a teaser that annonces that an mv is coming, but is different from the actual mv. I really liked the Vanilla shake, Twice Ooh Aah and Akmu Dinosaur teasers, they were really funny and I kinda like got excited to watch the upcoming mv )) Also thanks for the video, this is something I've never thought of))) It was interesting)))
