Honest review! I just got the P1 55” and have the exact same problem with the far field mics not working. Tried contacting Xiaomi service centre through email, calling their service centre in mid valley, and even going into a official Mi shop in 1U. No replies from official seller in Lazada, no reply to email to xiaomimy. Shop only said to call the service centre which is just a handphone number. Service centre is really unprofessional hanging up my call after answering to say he is busy with another customer. Losing faith with Xiaomi Malaysia.

Thanks for the comment! Seems like a widespread issue eh. I think if you're the 5th or 6th to report such issue in the comments. The previous commenters got their issues resolved by recording a video and showing it to the person and also showed this video as "support evidence". In any case, lemme beep Xiaomi Malaysia to let them know about this.

What i heard from other users of this tv, it only work for "hey google" it doesnt respond to anything else unless you use the button in the remote, so i still dont get why they make it like that. What really concerned me is their quality, how long can we use the tv. after few months of using it, my screen went black since last week. Still have sounds, but no graphic at all. I try contacting their service centre, they said they will give a new set since its easier and cheaper for them than to repair. which concerns me even more if thats a good sign or not, what if my warranty period is ended, do i have to buy a new one after using it for 1 or 2 years. Thats gonna waste a lot of money

@@os099 Your PS5 outputs 4k 60FPS, the TV (basically any TV now) accepts the inputs and will display 4K 60FPS, no Issues there. Important for TV Gaming is Lag. The Total Time between your Button Press until your TV actually displays what's happening. Let's say the more competative and hectic the Game is, the more important Input Lag becomes. If you are playing Red Dead single Player, you are propably gonna be just fine. If you were for the most Part into competative Shooters, car Racing or Shit like that, that's when it becomes important. Where you need precice and FAST Reactions to stand a chance. In that Case this TV wouldn't be your first choice; you'd need to pay a bit more for a ver low latency Device.

Seems like a lot of people are having this issue. You're the fourth one to comment here about this issue (if I remember correctly). Please do send it in for warranty - you should record a video on your own showing that your unit has this issue, then show them this video and tell them that it's happening to a few other people's unit too.

@NasiLemakTech3 жыл бұрын
It should be. eARC supports those features. Problem is, finding content that uses those features is difficult
