MISREAD is a comedy/drama about the miscommunicated, misread messages that can happen to the most of us when communicating via text.
After an unexpected breakup with her boyfriend (through text), SOFIA goes on to mis-read her good friend NATE's texts in an unhappy, irritated mindset. Their mutual friend CLAIRE on the other hand, reads Nate's texts as they're intended. But not hearing Nate's words as he wishes them to be read and assuming the worst, misread texts result in a texting war, much to both parties displeasure.
