Thank you very much for the break downs of the many confusing scenarios that one can find themselves in when doing business with someone who really knows how to make statements in an attempt to mislead as well as tge other ways in which misrepresentation can occur but isn't always a case of misrepresentation, intentional or negligent misrepresentation etc etc. Helped make sense if the topic in which others lacked by not offering such detailed and easy to understand examples while moving at a good pace.(not too fast not too slow but best YT vid tet that really got into the technical/specific differences between the various ways misrepresentation can/can not be used as a claim). I appreciate it very much.

What application is made for registration of a private vehicle, is Secretary of State required to inform applicants that when registration is perfected the private vehicle is classified as a motor vehicle?

It’s all been for fraud I’m not that friendly I don’t consent to searches I did not consent to anything timeshare properties or Identity useage in anyway shape or form !!
