One of the comments stated that the tofe was from overseas. One of the main judging criterion is that the costumes should be made from local resources and not imported from overseas. I wonder if they were fair enough to examine the "kafa" because nowadays most of the kafa used in Tongan costumes are bought from the Suva Market in Fiji.
