in 1983 i was living in Cedar Rapids, IA i was friends with a guy name John. his mother was full blooded Tongan. i was only about 15 and never heard of this place. i still can remember her face. she did this dance at a party and it was a pretty dance very much like these girls in the picture. and she could speak in a language that only her husband and children understood. she told me she missed home. but her heart was whereever her husband lived. i always think of John and his family when i see these videos. that was yrs ago.
