Australia's answer was good but Philippines's answer was simply POWERFUL. Australia's question can be answered easily. She just have to mention a name of a person and why.... but with Philippines, she has to THINK for A SLOGAN related to Ms Earth, which is for me, needs time to think but she answered it easily and with confidence. that's the spirit of a Filipino. She deserved the crown. :)

Miss Australia answered was based on on her personal interaction of what she knows about someone who contributed more impact in taking care about the environment. But Miss Philippines was so brave taking that questions impromptu without taking so much time to answer it. Her answer is absolutely correct, because if we come together taking care our mother earth there's should no Climate Change problem today. Bravo Philippines!

Of course every contestant has brain. Being brainy is totally different from having brain. That's an idiom. Impromptu Q & A, a contestant should expect anything under the sun, having a little knowledge on anything is an edge esp if the answers ring the bell. There's always someone better among the highly qualified contestants with beauty & brains. Like the degree of adjective good - better - best.

+Events & Pageant 2 Critics TV we cannot say if all our brainy or not. who are we to judge based on 30 seconds of q and a for each candidate. however, everyone was "tested" the same way within the same time within a single topic that whoever could give the best answer would be judged as the best one. with limited time, they were put under same amount of pressure and they had to shine. a few girls answered well like philippines and australia while the rest were not able to give any depth in their answers.

The most Confident, Relevant, Straight Forward, and Powerful answer is from Philippines. I'm not saying this just because im a Filipino as well. If you are to listen carefully on the answers, Philippines was able deliver it effortlessly and SMARTLY without any hesitations. With that short answer it leaves a broader view of her thoughts in your mind making you think how meaningful her answer was. It is not an ordinary answer that you will hear in every pageant, compared to addressing someone successful and popular, sight examples of his/her good deeds his/her achievements his/her good influence say something good about it then apply it to yourself and do the same thing this is an answer that I can say repeatedly playing in my ears for years as I can hear it all the time in pageants around the Philippines. IM NOT SAYING THAT THE OTHER CONTESTANTS DID NOT GAVE A GOOD ANSWER just to clarify what im talking about is that Philippines deserved the title once and for all. And please stop the HATE most specially those people from INDONESIA who rants on Facebook and Twitter posting memes about the Philippines' victory, showing that the back to back win of the Philippines in this pageant was cooked. Oh come on folks RESPECTED judges are scoring the pageant PROFESSIONALLY, they just simply know who deserves the title. Please again show some guts and knowledge first before hating our representative and look to your own backyard first before bad mouthing such a humble, intelligent and smart woman. #StopTheHate

+Pablo Modernell Not really Mr. Pablo because the questions asked by the judges are different for each candidate. The judge asked Miss Philippines "About the SLOGAN/MOTTO" and she answered exactly what is being asked her, she don't need to elaborate it because the question don't say so and beside she only have 20 seconds to answer. And to Colombia the judge asked her if she will be the president, what change she would do? And that question need specific answer not like the question for Philippines was just asking a "SLOGAN". You do not only listen to the answer but also to what kind of question and what is being asked. Thanks & good day!

It´s just that I like Colombia better, in terms of beauty and I can´t help it, I love beautiful faces and prize them above all else ina beauty pageant. But, as the Miss Earth presenters said it repeatedly, this is not just a beauty contest, and the final results so evidenced it.

Indeed. Australia's question is easy, name your invironmental hero and why.. The good thing is she answered it well and the choice is perfect for everybody to agree. However Philippines' question while just required a new slogan impronto would have stumped a contestant with lesser brains.. And for that her breezing through her answer effortlessly with confidence is definitely a winner. Had she fumbled a bit.. Australia would have deserved to win.

Did you know that Australia was dethroned (2014)?. She went to the Philippines to appeal but in the end the Miss Earth Australia prevailed. She then joined the 2015 ME AUSTRALIA under the new franchise holder and eventually prevailed. During the Miss Earth 2014, she was at the back of the judges smiling gracefully, but now. She's smiling with a crown now.

Miss Earth USA could've been a potential winner but it's taking me time to find the connection of her answer to the question: Judge: Brittany, if you would be elected Miss Earth 2015 and you would be given the chance to speak to President Obama, what would you ask him regarding climate change?
