Yea, they're Seymour Duncan Blackouts. The battery goes beneath the pick guard beside the knobs, etc.

Yes, but you don't have to remove it entirely. Just enough to lift the end with the battery under it and replace it. If you leave your amp cable plugged into your guitar, even if it isn't plugged into the amp or anything, it will waste the battery. So, as long as you unplug your guitar whenever you're not using it, it lasts quiet a while.

Nice cover man! good rhythm and articulation. not many people are capable of both. A lot of covers on KZbin either offer correct notes and rhythm, but poor articulation, or great articulation, but people cant seem to stay in time of the song they are playing. so props to you on being able to accomplish both!

so when the batteries discharge, you must remove the pickguard? i hope the batteries last for long , i would also install active pickups
