I really understood that people don't wanna listen to your issue. It's only because Malvika di they see you as a strong personal. They do not want see that you are weak. They do not want to break the perception about you. At end they forget that you are a human being too. No matter how strong people are but there are some days everyone feel weak.

She was a batch senior than me at Kantipur School (Near Maharajgunj), Kathmandu. She used to have a sort of tomboy attitude n was super smart. Another media personality from the same school is Sushil Nepal n there were some others too like Luniva, Sharon Sherpa but they vanished.

Malvika talked about depression so easily where as some people think depression is bad thing, but let me tell u depression is not bad thing u must not hide it u must take the treatment as soon as possible i have faced the same problem when i completed my high school i got to know i was suffer from type 1 diabetes and at that point i thought people will start running from me, than i told what i am feeling to my mom without any care she took me to psychiatrist, and it helped me a lot to uplift my life to overcome the fear 😊😊 and as my doctor said the best way to overcome depression is yoga 🙂 to think in positive and to believe in yourself 🤗🤗
