The ecotourism queen shall represent the community-managed nature-based tourism enterprises in Tacloban. I hope there are some. For a destination or enterprise to be called ecotourism, it must be nature-based and, most importantly, managed by the community whose members are also the stewards or protectors of the natural resources that they are managing.
