concuerdo con la amiga alejaperu...soy chileno y recuerdo que cuando era chico vi el programa cuando ganó la Bolocco, lo vi con mi madre y hermano y estábamos cagados de frío, en ese tiempo éramos super pobres y apenas nos alcanzó la plata para comprar parafina (1 litro) y ver el programa en blanco y negro....estábamos en dictadura y apenas podíamos decir "pio" de lo contrario te tiraban balazos...

El vestido de Bolocco es lindo, pero para la ocasion se asemeja a un vestido de novia, incluso con el ramo de flores, solo le faltaba el velo y lista para el altar, debio ser otro color, y cuando desfila parece que baila marinera.

Hola Dalimpy. Concuerdo contigo: el vestido de Miss Chile es lindo, pero NO es blanco, por efecto de la luz se ve así, pero es de color crema con lentejuelas. Además, creo que el concurso no pone reglas en cuanto al color del vestido de noche. No conozco cómo se baila la marinera, pero a diferencia de ti, creo que su caminar es sensual y que su gesto al coger la cola del vestido para girar es elegante y delicado. Se veía como lo que era: una reina. Y el jurado estuvo de acuerdo. Saludos.

Cecilia en cada momento que le tocó participar en este miss universo, se las ingenió para ser la mejor. Díganme si no fue genial que tomara la cola del vestido y la extendiera. Con ello acaparó toda la pantalla. Además caminaba como si estuviera bailando ballet.

@robinquinc329 I understand that some are upset because they think I scored USA high because I'm from there. Her dress was one of the nicest I've seen through the years, and the purple fit her perfectly. She walks confidently, this wasn't a year where the sash was a factor. And believe me there have been plenty of years where the sash has been a factor. 1991 and 1992 come to mind right away. It's amazing though, score a South American country low, and everyone starts giving thumbs down.

@Jukka70 I respectfully disagree with you on the sash factor. I think that in 1987 it did matter that Michelle Royer was Miss USA. I think that the dress was a nice fit and she did walk confidently, but her being Miss USA helped push her scores up, especially in interview and swimsuit. Now in 1991 and 1992, yes those were definite tears that the sash factor was in full effect. And you are right, you score a South American country low, everyone wants to scream conspiracy.

@robinquinc329 Well certainly nothing wrong with disagreeing. I should say that when I score evening gown, I count the dress a lot. And I misunderstood part of the sash factor, I thought you meant she wouldn't have made the cut. I also should say that just because I scored her 2nd in Evening gown, didn't mean I placed her 2nd overall. I think I placed her 5th that year. I thought Philippines and Venezuela were better then she was.
