Thank you! Finally a pageant fan who is awake! It's not a question and answer pageant, or not supposed to be, but it is a beauty pageant. It is about the overall performance and impression. For 1996, it was one of those years where there was an outright favourite and was ahead of everyone else, and not due to judges bias or judges forcing a delegate's victory. Miss Venezuela really did a fine job and won fans and the audiences over.

The interpreter is excellent, and his batch is known for their great work at Miss Universe for many years. But this was his only error in all his years with the pageant! However, he just helped her make her answer more humourous, that's all. Her actual answer was fine, and she was going to win anyway. Alicia overall, was the best overall from all ladies, and the best overall performance. It was one of those years where one candidate dominated.

Truly I won 2 more crowns within 18 months MISS ASIA PACIFIC for 1995, MISS INTERNATIONAL 1995 hear slides 5:42/10:05. The year 1995 was doubled thus this was published 1996 but shot in the double year 1995. That I relinquished my crown to my successor Miss Universe 1996.
