One of the most memorable and iconic Miss Universes. She created such an aura with her confidence and spontaneity. To me, she ushered in the modern era of Miss Universe. If she were to compete the same way she did in 2003 in 2019, I believe she could still win. I doubt whether the performances of Chelsi Smith , Wendy Fitzwilliam, Lara Dutta or even Oxana Federova in their respective years could still garner a win in this day and age.
