One of my favorite Miss Universe. Though during her time, she was neck-on-neck competition with Colombia Taliana Vargas, but she was just the total package. The walk, the gown, the hair, the overall look. She was IT. Aside from her victory, I will never forget how Vietnam entered the Top 15 with that walk. I mean really?! Lol
