You see Osmel souza is obsessed with light skin venezuelan women, He said Black venezuelan women are ugly. So he find the light skin women and put on a ton of makeup on and colored contacts and bleached hair, so she looks white. But i'm glad for the past 2 years miss universe went back to what is was meant to be for EVERY woman not just south america
