Ndavi is such a beautiful woman but something was missing yet again. She was adorned in the MOST beautiful gown on stage and yet still didn't demonstrate the level of confidence expected for final 16. Her pose in front of the judges, she just stands there with her hands in her pockets. No turn, doesn't give face. I don't know if it's the nerves but she was flat. Maybe the hair didn't do her justice either. Those other girls were so strong in their presence on stage. Hard luck. Well done to her for reaching Top 16. Next year we go again. 🇿🇦

When I said that Ndavi will not go on top 5 many Africaans didn't agree with me and we have seen the results. I support always South Africa but when I see NDavi Nokeri, i said that she is our Next Miss World after Karolina. She is a strong contestant with an amazing project for Miss World. Celeste is beautiful, but she is lacking in many aspects. Her performance in the prelims was so weak. She doesn't have that accomplishments yet like the ladies in the top 16 does, they really are transformational women and leaders and it is proven already in their communities through actions, the walk the talk of their advocacies. The communication skills, performance, advocacies, community involvements, and vision really matters. These are the big factors of being a transformational leader. These are the qualities that Miss Universe is looking for as an ambassador to their org. But we are thankful for Celeste for her hardwork and dedication. We are proud of you Celeste no matter what.😍 For R'Bonney, the moment she answered the top 5 Q & A, then I said... "this is it! She will easily snatch the crown! That sincerity in her answer, she wasn't there to play, she is very serious in her goal. Her life story and what she did and still doing for the communities, amazing! Congratulations RBonney! I kinda tried to make my own top-9 on my instagram 2 days prior to the final show and Miss USA was not included! And now that she became the winner ... its a lot shocking! Her reaction was shocking too - no tears, no mouth opining, no covering the open mouth with a palm, nothing! How is that possible? Her answer was not better than Miss Venezuela's. Miss Venezuela said something like "I am a fashion designer by profession, but I am also a designer of dreams as a woman" - this was the most powerful statement of the evening! To my mind Venezuela deserved the crown more than USA. Venezuela also had a better evening gown from my perspective.

Venezuela didn't address how she was going to make the organization progressive. Being progressive is about change. Venezuela said she was going to follow the women before her. She's essentially saying she's a follower, not stressing the idea of being a leader who is going to make changes. Her line about being a designer of dreams may sound powerful...but it's such a vague statement without any details about what kind of dreams. Her answer was truly the weakest out of the top three finalists. There is no way her answer was better than USA's, which was about being a transformational leader, caring about the environment, helping women who have been through human trafficking, and the importance of planting seeds of change in other people and using that as a vehicle to bring about change.

Somewhat the same sentiments about the gowns. Miss USA's gown gave her the edge. It was spectacular and the color along with the design worked for her. Venezuela might be the only person who could have pulled off that technic-colored-dream-coat that she wore. Unfortunately, South Africa left me dissatisfied - all that hair, all that material. A gown with that many elements doesn’t need a cape. The ribband in the small of Miss DR’s back was a bit distracting. After her final walk, she looked a bit piqued on that stage, and at the same time, larger than life. She is a striking woman and would make a great Cleopatra with that disdainful air. She also has an authoritative voice. I wish the three women good luck in the same space for the next year. Finally, inquiring minds would like to know why Harnaaz needed help on that one tiny step (in that cumbersome gown). You got the answer two seconds later. Thanks for sharing. Please give us your take on Miss France.

You know why??? Miss Universe is looking not just beauty. Celeste's performance in the prelims was so weak! Plus she doesn't have that accomplishments yet like the ladies in the top 16 does, they really are transformational women and leaders and it is proven already in their communities through actions, the walk the talk of their advocacies. As a Filipino-Canadian here in Toronto, and the Pinoy communities here in Canada, We are so proud of you. A very well-deserved win. 😍

@@LifeOdysseyMotivation All the candidates that I named out have more to offer than just beauty. The competition was rigged. They already had USA as winner from the start.

She didn't believe it cause she did time violation. How could she win like that?

That doesn't count in as long as ur answer is fluid and good

She was the only one who answered the question eloquently. Venezuela was a nervous wreck who barely made any sense and DR’s rehearsed babble did not answer the question. How could any of them have won?

Contestants are allowed to finish their sentence when the timer goes off, which is what USA did. Instead of nit-picking her time, focus on her vision and her answer and you will see that she was the only one who truly answered the question of how to help the organization be more progressive. Being progressive requires change. She did that by talking about being a transformational leader and planting the seeds of change in others and using that as a means("vehicle") to bring in actual change. She also gave some examples: environmental issues and helping women who have had to deal with human trafficking. DR was vague and said super generic things that any contestant could have been taught to regurgitate to judges. Venezuela actually said she was going to follow all the women before her. That's NOT change/being progressive T_T

RIGGED SHOW! I Feel like RD and Venezuela gave an better answer. USA answer was good but not in the due given time. Ofcourse they had to let USA win on home soil. We cannot deny that Venezuela and RD overshadowed her on stage on the final night! And the reason they did not let thailand or Ph qualify is becaise they know how people root for those 2 country on stage as well

The show was completely rigged. Many of the front runners didn’t even make the cut. Miss USA was picked from the start to win. So none of the other contestants could stand a chance.

i think USA did pretty well she was consistent and many had her in their emotional fav but was afraid because of the scandal but she proved herself out there and DR and VN was good too but VN didnt really ans her q in the top 5 after the qna it was either DR or USA!No hate

@@uaena4151...thank you for being objective. So tired of all those screaming "rigged!" without any actual evidence. There's so much bullying, jealousy, and toxicity in the world of pageantry. Kind of disgusting. I only watch these pageants once in a blue moon precisely because it's such a nasty business most of the time.

@@divinearia1601 ikrrr people are still so narrow minded !regardless of whatever happened or whoever wins we should be supportive and inclusive all of them didnt just get there uloolulu they worked really hard and we are just shown the superficial part of everything that happens and like anne said theres only one winner but all of them were given a chance to win and hence the one who served and survived win besides the black room interview did hold a heavy mark this year!
