Winwyn Marquez is the lady that MUO is looking for. She is one of the most intelligent beauty queens in the Philippines. Like in Q&A, she is on par with Catriona Gray, Nicole Cordovez, Shamcey Supsup, Janine Tugonon to name a few. She is one of the best pasarela queens as well like CJ Opiaza and Sam Bernardo. Winwyn is the title holder that has many accomplishments like a double degree holder with latin honors (BS Marketing Management + Teachers Certificate Program), Class Valedictorian for the reservist program for the Philippine Navy. She also won a best actress for Manhattan International Film Festival in 2020. Literally, Winwyn is a very accomplished woman.

There are cities and municipalities that don't hold pageants. Sometimes kasi like for example Parañaque, bakit pa sasali si Winwyn sa Miss Parañaque kung pwede naman i-appoint? International title holder yan. Kahit ako, kung lalaban sa kanya for the local title malamang talo na agad and unfair din na gagastos pa ang city to hold a pageant kung nasa kanila naman ang alas.
