Girls in the USA whether it is on the state, national, or international level, they need to step up their PASARELLA (runway walk) game. I mean for real for real tho. Whenever a national winner goes on to compete in an international competition they're ALWAYS get "left in the dust" (if you will) by other countries. It's time to get EXTRA!!!!! #justsaying

Illinois 1995 evoked old Hollywood glamour Tennessee 2003 Beth Hood wore this fiery red orange yellow fringe gown that spotlighted her sultry appeal. Texas 1988 Courtney Gibbs exuded class and elegance in that showstopping black evening gown

No Offense to the designers of this gown but the gowns in the Philippines pageant especially in the most recent years and Venezuela's pageant gowns will put all the gowns on this list to shame

Meh. It was all created by Sherri Hill. The craftsmanship is so tacky, some of it is ill fitting. They put it in the Best category because it only sparkles. 😂
