MISS WORLD is the most prestigious pagents arroud the world. I think Miss World is not a ordinary beauty pagent. Actually beauty pagents means there should be swimsuit competition and evening gown competition but in Miss World there is no competition like swimsuit and evening gown. There are the competition of talent, multimedia, sports, top model and the most important the charity based competition BEAUTY WITH A PURPOSE. So it is a greatest pagent for me. Sebelum gelaran Miss world 2013 Indonesia, Miss world selalu ada sesi swim suit , namun Miss world 2013 Indonesia membuat penyesuaian dengan memodifikasi sesi ss dengan menggunakan kain dan sarung Bali hingga tahun depan nya sesi ss ini resmi di hapus di Miss world hingga kini🔥🔥🔥

It's easy for Indonesia to hold big event but...the regulation about swimsuits is...kinda impossible It's against Ethical issues, when women only wear bikinis and aired by television.

I have to say even though Miss World has successfully diversified itself in the past few years, which has really helped to separate it from Miss Universe, there's too many gap moments. Also, you need to get hosts that can really engage the audience and fill in such blanks. In addition to that, the pageant presentation is a bit messy and all over the place. Maybe have the contestants all wear something similar during introductions and the first segment and then have the beach beauty segment followed by the dances of the world segment, talent and finally evening wear segment which is when the finalists are selected and the final question asked. If they're gonna ask all the ladies the same question, they should not let them hear each other's answers until after they've given their answers. I know that this all sounds like the way in which Miss Universe is run but it's much more engaging and entertaining to watch. Also, I know Julia Morley is like the Queen Mother of Miss World, but is it absolutely necessary for her to be the one announcing the winner? Her delivery lacks suspense and excitement and actually is more of an anti-climax. What's the use of the hosts if she's up on stage again trying to claim some of that spotlight? And how do they select the judges? They need a more diverse range of judges, and should include at least one former Miss World. They should also coach the audience to show support for all the contestants and understand just how much of a difference it truly makes for foreigners when they feel the genuine hospitality and courtesy of the host nation. Honestly, Miss World has all the goods to be bigger and better than Miss Universe but the organizers need to get it together and open themselves up to fresh ideas and plan things in a more cohesive manner, otherwise more people will continue to prefer Miss Universe.
