That’s what I’ve thought too. As a fan who’s never seen him in real life, his presence only exists in songs, clips, and pictures. It’s all in past tense. So him being gone is weird because he still sort of exists in the same way for me. But now everyone is talking about how he’s gone. There’s now a limited amount of music, footage, photos. I won’t ever see all of them. But now there’s a chance that I could hypothetically consume all Liam available and run out. That’s scary. No new Liam moments to capture. No new interactions with other people to hear about. We don’t get to watch and hope for him to experience joy. I can’t imagine what it’s like for people who actually knew him.
