That opening sequence where she had the shrapnel in her and had to pull it out and treat the wound was gnarly. Magnificent voicework and directing.

I agree, I love the intro to this game, nice way to introduce most the main characters in such a short amount of time. 10 minutes, you see the main NPC's, how you get bitten and how you end up in the city to explore for the rest of the game.

It's an amazing game! Very much worth a try. Dead Island 1 & Dead Island Riptide are also very good if you haven't tried them yet.

I love how all characters have different personalities and different voice lines instead of the same scripts with different voices. Really shows how much effort they put into this game
