Hi Livylivy, honestly, it's been a while since I last took LPAT. Because of your question, I did some research to make sure if the exam format is still the same and try to recall my memory. :P Indeed, I hadn't done much preparation before I tackled this exam. Basically, I just made use of the usual exam skills for Reading, Listening and Speaking Papers. The paper that I spent more time on preparation was the Writing paper and I remembered seeing some reports saying that the passing rate of this paper is the lowest as well. So perhaps I'll try to share my experience about this paper. (Indeed I don't really remember what I did before, but if I have to take the exam again, I'll do in this way.) Part 1 I think the most efficient way is to read the handbook provided by hkeaa, read the Sample writings, analysise the structures and follow the particular structure when you take the exam. The link of the handbook is as follows: www.hkeaa.edu.hk/en/lpat/assessment_handbook/ Part 2 It is actually something that teachers do when they correct students' work. However, in this exam context, again, I'll take a look at the answers and the sample questions given. e.g. P.33 Q1. It is very scarily. --> It was very scary. From this sample answer, there are 2 corrected mistakes and the answer requires you to write the whole sentence. Therefore, I would do the same in the exam. In short, read all the documents provided and analysise the answers! Hope it helps :)

It all depends on your age/level of English/ interest! For the FREE ones, perhaps you can just type "audiobooks" in youtube search bar and see if there's anything interests you. Podcast is another good choice if you find audiobook too long for you! :)

Why your pronunciation of Form three is for FR... BUT NOT THR....? Was there anything wrong?
I am weak in listening, reading and the presentation part in speaking.

For listening, it's better to be answer-oriented, that means you have to predict your answers based on the info you've got, whether it's noun/verb/adj/adv, etc. Pay attention to the tenses given as well. Also look at the examples which have been given and follow the formats. For presentation, I think you have to organize well your information before your presentation by using a mind-map which gives you prompts for the points you wanna make and at the same time you won't be like reading from your script.
