This was SO timely!!!! Just came back from vacation and we argued day before leaving. This unresolved issue impacted the trip. Help Dr. Daf! I just realize that I feel a little resentment towards my husband that I love very much. He works away from home so he’s not able to be home much during the week and I have to shoulder a lot of financial stress. I really don’t want to resent him. But I realize that, I feel cold towards him when I speak to him on the phone. What can I do aside from prayer?

I can really relate to all of these, particularly the last one really stood out to me. My husband often calls me mommy. He says that I’m a mom to him. I think it’s sweet. I do my best not to boss him or tell him what to do, but I always ask him his opinion, so I know it’s not because of that but he just loves my nurturing. That makes me feel good to know.
