I am going through silent miscarriage, I have been spotting for good 12 days,with no cloths or pains, when I went to do the the scan, doctor said the pregnancy is no more,the second day of this spotting I report to the hospital they said it infection, they give me plenty antibiotics to drink,then the problem get worst, it so painful am suffering because the coutry I am,no better medication

What about the miscarriages that happen in early second trimester if everything is fine ANA,APLA,Lupus , TORCH etc In this case why the missed miscarriage happened can you please throw some light
