London Marathon 2020 Week 6 Training

Welcome back to the cold and rain...! Well done having a run when you arrived back to blighty, great effort! Damn smart gal, aren't you? That isn't meant to be patronising it just means I think you're a damn smart gal! Parkrun and extra after a night out!! Hat Tip to you for that. I had Marathon yesterday (Sunday) . Achey legged old man; but first in age category so worthwhile! Lots of slippery slidey runners. Unlike sensible me many wore road shoes not off roaders. I've got the 42 miler on Friday! Gentle walking for me until then. Chicago Marathon! What a big trip! Have you been to USA previously? Happy days!

I couple of my friends did the Portsmouth 50K! Sounds like hard work. Well done on completion and good luck for your 42 miler on Friday! Looking forward to Chicago! I have been to the US a few times yes. I have even visited Chicago long before my running days though. Over 20 or so years ago now.
