Sound to me like that “friend” took Keyshae to that old man to pimp her- hence the struggle blood found at his place! I just get that feeling! It’s the feeling the mom had towards her too! I think the mother felt that girl was a sex worker trying to groom her daughter!

I just Googled the Keeshae situation and the Otis character pleaded guilty to second degree murder of a woman. He was also arrested for choking another.

Sounds like Otis must’ve been a confidential informant for the police department and they did not want to give up their informant due to any other cases that he might have been snitching on. Maybe that’s why they waited so long to even bring out the other details of her case and didn’t put pressure on him.
