Hello friends. Thanks for watching this video. I know it's not the most uplifting one, but it's the weekend after my dog's passing...I was understandibly sad. Even so, I tried to not use food to cope and continue with as many healthy habits as I could. Although, it seems I began a new not so great habit of stress shopping...
