MISSING: Nine-year-old survived 50 days in Hamas' terror prison and is now fighting for his father!
On October 7, when the terrorist organization Hamas struck, countless fates in Israel were shaken. The Shoham family was particularly hard hit by the massacre: three family members were killed and nine, including little Naveh, were kidnapped. Naveh, who was finally released through a hostage deal, spent 50 days in the hands of the terrorists. This time was marked by fear and deprivation. During this time he was told not to be loud or they would kill him. The memories of the kidnapping and the violence haunt him.
Nine-year-old Naveh can remember exactly the day the terrorists attacked his family. Despite the terrible experiences, he tries to remain optimistic and focus on returning to normality. The family is doing everything they can to free their father Tal, who is still imprisoned and has been missing for almost a year. In Berlin they meet with government representatives to draw attention to Tal's fate.
As a small distraction, Naveh was allowed to train with the Bundesliga football club Union Berlin. The players were impressed by his courage and commitment. At the end he received a jersey with his name on it, which gave him a bit of hope and joy. "I want to do everything I can to bring my dad back," says Naveh, showing his tireless will to leave the dark memories behind him.
