Tachara nijeder korte gele ager din sokale Tawang DC office chole giye Name, Age, Sex, DL No, Aadhar No, Bike RC Copy, Photo, ILP copy diye ekta form fillup korte hobe then DC officec theke stamp diye oi copy ta diye debe. Ebare oi copy ta niye giye Tawang War Memorial er kache Brigadier office e submit korte hobe. Brigadier office e ekta serial number bolbe. Next din sokale 6AM onwards Brigadier office theke oi serial number and name bole Bumla permit ta collect kore tar por bumla journey start korte hobe.
