Great episode. Normally murder hobo is cringe, but the party was desperate I think pigeon legit being a psychopath kinda fits the character and could set up some very interesting dynamics with Luther and other NPCs who try not to kill and feel remorse when they do.

Horses can swim very very good even weighed down cause there lungs are so huge you probably can't ride them but you could load them and they swim

I think you should make this explicit and as a rule horses can swim at like half speed

You can very much ride a swimming horse, they're very buoyant and good at swimming. Probably not as effectively if they were unweighted, but they def won't drown.

My mom has swam with a horse before. You basically swim next to it. Also those motes sounded hella muddy & that could be hell with a horse.
