Those covers near the locked box(which probably contains a sample tap) are access covers with valves below for carrying out valving operations. There is a pipe running from the lake, which used to carry the water from the lake 25 miles to a service reservoir to supply drinking water to rural parts of Llanelli, stop being used around 1967. Reading up on the history it is now no longer used but the pipe was built in the early 19th century aswell as the level of the lake being increased to supply water to the residents of and around Llanelli Love your videos by the way, and your enthusiasm!

Couple trash bags a broom and maybe a little dusting and you could make that little Buffy damn cozy. Nice fire would help dry it out. Would need a wagon to haul a decent amount of wood there. The struggle... Afterthought a nice 4wheeler would work
