I also want this to be a no-hit run, so Trevor's special ability is disabled. Because while it prevents you from taking damage, it does not prevent you from being hit by things. I have successfully completed every single mission without taking any damage. I should have yet to do it all in one go. My current personal best for an entire run is one bit of damage and therefore one death. If you choose to kill Dimitri right then and there, then Kate dies. If you choose to do the deal with Pegorino, then Roman tragically dies. Personally, you have to choose to let Kate go because Roman is the only family besides Mallorie that Niko has left in America.

0:23 very sad and emotional music usually fits "in mourning" after "Mr & Ms Bellic" that is wedding aftermath of Roman and Mallorie as when Roman gets killed by a hitman mistakenly from a pistol who was about to kill Niko from Dimitri Rascalov (Deal). OR Kate gets killed by getting shot several times from an AK 47 by Jimmy Pegorino who either did it on purpose or by mistake as he was actually aiming for Niko but however his aim appears to be weak as he killed Kate however and closed his car window and escaped (Revenge). And then we see Niko waking up from his bed in his apartment the next day in morning time back in his regular clothes he wore since the beginning of the game and he is extremely in grief and sorrow that he says "Roman... I'm so sorry, cousin." (Deal) OR "Damn, I was meant to protect her!" or "Poor girl... She should never have gotten close to me." (Revenge) ..... But in my opinion, revenge is canon and deal is non-canon just like the third way is canon and something sensible & the time's come are non-canon in gta v. As losing Roman is like losing the entire game since he is Niko's only family and family is more important than friends or love interests. And he is famous for asking his cousin to go bowling and he even helps him in his missions in the entire story and Niko can't do anything without him well even though Kate dumps Niko if he did the deal but she still has sympathy for him as she says if he need anything he should just call her and he tells he just wants Roman back and even Mallorie tells Niko that she is pregnant and is likely going to have a son. And losing Kate is well nothing she was just a friend or maybe girlfriend to Niko but Roman tells Niko that Mallorie is pregnant and if it's a daughter, he will name her Kate Bellic. Kate's brother, Packie McCreary appears in GTA V as a new member of heists who started working with Michael, Franklin, Trevor and Lester and he even tells the deaths of his brothers and also told about Niko but is oblivious if he is dead or alive and he may have also mentioned his sister's death too to the gta v trio thus it could mean Roman is alive and deal is non canon and so Kate's death is part of the story and revenge is technically the canon ending of GTA IV.

Before Kate dumps Niko, she in the end feels sympathy for Roman's death as she tells Niko if he need anything or want to discuss something or is having any problem, he can call her and he tells her he just wants Roman back. So despite all this, Kate will not hang out with him and she will email him a break up note later sometime. Kate telling Niko to take revenge is better because money is not important for your life and since Dimitri Rascalov betrayed Niko very earlier....so why should we trust him to do the deal? Just because Roman begs Niko to do the deal so that they can get rich and buy a private jet to fly to Vice City and also Roman knows Dimitri is hiding in the ship from where it started when Niko arrived to Liberty City by sea in that same ship. The deaths of Roman and Kate are from the objectives they force Niko to do. Roman dies in deal because he begged Niko to do the deal with Dimitri. Kate dies in revenge because she forced Niko to take revenge on Dimitri. Revenge is true ending as Roman is very important character in GTA IV and is Niko's "only" family he has ever left with him and has helped him often throughout his journey so getting Roman dead is like losing half of the game since Niko and GTA IV is nothing without Roman Bellic. And also as Roman and Mallorie got married, so one of the married couple getting killed is very heartbreaking and shattering that Deal is dismissed from being canon. Roman tells Niko in the end of the game that Mallorie is pregnant and if it's a girl, he will name her "Kate Bellic".

I don't care much about kate because she either dies or leaves us in total bich fasion..if I'm not wrong, revenge ending Is canon. some easter eggs and cameos prove that Roman bellic is alive. Take niko's lifeinvader profile for example. And you probably noticed that if the player chooses revenge ending then we get to kill jimmy pegorino in a sunny weather at happiness island which indicates that player made the right choice and in deal ending, the weather is rainy which means the deal ending is more sad. Well I found that on KZbin so I'm not sure about the weather thing. But anyways revenge ending is way better because jimmy pegorino is killed by either dmitri or niko I mean he is out of the commission anyway so if we choose the revenge ending we kill dmitri and we can do whatever we want with his body and then we kill pegorino which makes niko more dangerous..even he is the only gta protagonist who don't like violence and wants to live a normal life. Gta 4 had the hardest in-game choices. Deal or revenge niko loose someone important to him anyway. Both the endings are tearjerky. some people might say that "packie didn't say kate is dead in gta5" but he was asked about his big score. Kate was not part of the crew. And a fun fact-- packie said "brother derrick...god rest his soul" so, derrick dies anyway before the events of grand theft auto V thats why I choosed to kill derrick and I got the $20,000 cash and the ability to lose wanted level from Francis. ThIS was one of the hard decisions I'm talking about there's so much to think of. Its grand theft auto we are talking about. I still remember people used to hate on this game back in 2008. they said the game looked 'dark' and wasn't well optimized but they forgot that this was the first grand theft auto game of the hd universe and the engine of this game was in development. Even the engine was kind of weak still gta 4 gave gamers some "next level satisfaction" and everything that was missing in gta 4 such as dancing, golf,clubs,advanced weapons, tanks, parachutes were later added in it's fine DLCs. These days everyone want a gta 4 remaster along with gta 6. I really love the fact that people still make mods for this game. This game probably got the highest number of mods. I give this game a fine 8.5/10.⁹

In That Special Someone, when Niko spares Darko, there is no mission pass theme, just silence. It's such a hard moment for Niko but it shows that Niko is able to let go of what happened in the past and focus on who he wants to be in the present. When Niko decides to kill Dimitri and leave the life of crime behind, when 1:03 plays as you walk away from the ship, it's so amazing.

Everything about IV just feels more effort was put into it, more of a “high art” vibe to it. For example the artwork is all legit paintings, and the opening loading screen. The music is all legit symphony music, etc. with V everything felt all digital
