Alright, so already I caught two nice lil references to Transformers here The bit right before Jonesy enters the complex with Peely, that's straight-up just Optimus's fight against a ton of Seekers from the Bumblebee movie And then the bit right before the end, that's from Age of Extinction where Crosshairs shoots out a couple of ships from Lockdown

Even before chapter 5 season 1, its made me curious regarding the friendship connection between jones (as well as his snapshot called jonesy) and peely in terms of lore. Like, i get that with jonesy we have seen more in chapter 1 regarding their friendship, but im not so sure that would apply to the background of the actual agent jones who betrayed the io. At the same time though, vengeance jones is a snapshot (or just a more current version of) agent jones yet hes trying to rescue peely who is still his dearest friend it seems. Basically its unclear to me about the friendship between agent jones and peely on how it started (compared to with jonesy and peely).
