Mission Success: World first in drone power line stringing (1400m / 4600ft single span)

World's longest known single span power line stringing with a drone (1400m / 4600ft).
Infravision and Ausgrid collaborated to restore power to 24 homes in the remote upper hunter region of NSW, Australia after a power line was damaged due to storm activity.
The TX Stringing System was used to safely achieve the work, eliminating the need for right-of-way easement clearing or the use of close proximity helicopters.
